Generosity and Kindness – Knitting Grandmas

Grandmothers working for the children of the Children’s Friends Foundation. For three years the grandmothers of Achuzat Beit Hakerem have been knitting sweaters, hats and scarfs, for children attending centers for children at risk. Grandma Becky is the lady who initiated this project. The grandmothers are part of a project for giving something to the community. They enjoy their knitting and especially, seeing the children wearing the fruits of their handiwork. The children thank them by sending drawings bearing the message “Thank you”.
